Several schools in Delhi received bomb threat messages, triggering panic and heightened security across the city. Prominent institutions including Amity International School, Don Bosco, Mount Caramel Dwarka sec 23 and Birla Vidya Niketan were among those that received the threatening communications.
As soon as the information was received, Delhi Police and other security agencies rushed to the concerned locations. Intensive search and inspection operations were carried out within the school premises to ensure the safety of students and staff.
According to the Delhi Fire Department, bomb threat calls were reported at multiple schools. Loreto Convent School, Delhi Cantt received a call at 8:22 am, Don Bosco School, CR Park at 9:18 am, Carmel School, Anand Niketan at 9:22 am, and Carmel School, Sector 23, Dwarka at 9:25 am. Fire department vehicles were immediately dispatched to all the affected schools.
So far, no explosive materials have been found at any of the locations. Authorities have confirmed that investigations are ongoing to trace the source of the threats and assess their credibility.
Officials have urged citizens to remain calm while security agencies continue to monitor the situation closely.
