On the directions of Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee (DPCC) President Devender Yadav, a meeting followed by high tea of lawyers was organized by Advocate Sunil Kumar, Chairman, Department of Legal and Human Rights, as part of Sangathan Srijan Abhiyan at PPCC office, Rajiv Bhawan today. In the meeting, the President of Delhi Pradesh Congress Committee, Devender Yadav, while appreciating the significant contribution of lawyers in the organisation, said that lawyers have always fought against injustice and protected the Constitution values while countering the anti-constitutional forces.
Devender Yadav said that as part of the Congress organization’s Srijan Abhiyan, we have worked to strengthen the organization by connecting the lawyers of Congress ideology in every block with the Legal and Human Rights Department of Delhi Congress, because our Legal and Human Rights Department works to provide justice to the poor and deprived sections by participating in the Congress programs from time to time and fighting against the constitutional rights and human rights violations of the people.
Advocate Sunil Kumar said that under the leadership of DPCC President Devender Yadav, the work of connecting the lawyers with the work of the organization has also been done and the organization has been strengthened in Delhi by giving various responsibilities to the lawyers from time to time. Today, our lawyers’ association is working vigorously in all the districts of Delhi, the High Court and the Supreme Court.
