The demolition drive, conducted in coordination with the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), targeted an unauthorized construction belonging to Alka, wife of Manoj Nagia, a known drug mafia figure with a staggering criminal record of over 28 cases under the Excise and NDPS Acts.
The operation was spearheaded by Inspector Ganga Ram Meena, the newly appointed SHO of PS Dabri, who promptly alerted MCD authorities about the illegal structure at House No. BтАС101, PocketтАС4, JJ Colony, Uttam Nagar. Police personnel provided full assistance during the demolition, ensuring law and order throughout the drive.
Investigations reveal that AlkaтАЩs family is deeply entrenched in criminal activities:
- Karan (son) тАУ accused in 7 cases under Excise and NDPS Acts.
- Gaurav @ Golu (son) тАУ facing 4 cases under NDPS and Arms Act.
- Manisha (daughter) тАУ involved in 3 cases under the Excise Act.
Her husband, Manoj Nagia, himself has a criminal history spanning more than 15 cases.
