DDA Launches – “DDA Towering Heights” at East Delhi Hub, Karkardooma (under Phase-I) – a RERA APPROVED NEW Hosing Scheme (RERA REGISTRATION NO DLRERA2025P0014 ) and Delhi’s First TOD Project
Registration begins from 31st October 2025.
The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will be launching “DDA Towering Heights”, an exclusive premium housing scheme under Phase-I of the landmark East Delhi Hub – Karkardooma, the city’s first Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Project.
Spread across 30 hectares, the East Delhi Hub is being developed as a world-class mixed-use urban centre, integrating residential, commercial, and civic spaces within a vibrant, walkable city environment. This will be the tallest building in the National Capital so far, with 48 storeys standing at 155 meters.
This ambitious project, the foundation stone of which was laid by the Hon’ble Union Home Minister, Shri Amit Shah in December, 2019, faced several hurdles including obstacles in the form of inordinate delay in forest clearances and provision of water and sewerage services by the then Delhi Government. Following a visit by the Hon’ble Lt. Governor, Shri V.K. Saxena, in early June, 2022, days after he took over, the project finally gained momentum, with required clearances being put in place with his personal intervention.

At the time of auction, successful bidders will be required to deposit 75% of the flat cost, with the remaining 25% payable by July 2026, when possession is expected.
The base reserve price for the flats ranges from ₹1.78 crore – ₹ 3.09 crore and the plinth area ranges from 142 sqm – 250 sqm.
“DDA Towering Heights” represents a major step forward in redefining urban living in Delhi, blending sustainability, modern design, and seamless mobility. Developed by DDA under the Project Management Supervision of NBCC and constructed by M/s Nagarjuna Construction Company Ltd., the project features an array of premium amenities, including:
• A large central green area of 20,000 sq.mtr with a peripheral jogging track
• Kids’ play area and open-air gym, multi-purpose cricket field
• Badminton courts and ample landscaped open spaces
Residents will also benefit from proximity to reputed schools, multi-specialty hospitals, shopping centres, and office complexes—all within walking distance.
Sample flats are now open for viewing to help prospective buyers make informed choices. The flats are nearing completion and are scheduled for handover by July 2026.
The East Delhi Hub at Karkardooma, where the foundation stone for the TOD project was laid by the Hon’ble Union Home Minister in December 2019, has been designed with a balanced land-use mix.
