Declared PO in 2024 under FIR No. 301/2020 (188 IPC), Sunil was traced and arrested at Khaira Mod Tempo Stand by Dwarka’s Anti-PO Cell on 23.03.2026, reaffirming the district’s drive against absconders.
The dedicated team worked on technical and manual information. On 23.03.2026 when the team was present in Najafgarh area, secret information was received by Ct. Ankur that one PO namely Sunil was evading trial in a PS BHD Nagar’s case and had been declared a PO from Dwarka Court.
Acting on this specific information, team rushed and reached Khaira Mod Tempo Stand where accused was roaming and hence a trap was laid. On the instance of secret informer, Sunil was apprehended from Khaira Mod Tempo Stand Delhi and subsequently was arrested U/s 35.1(D) BNSS on 23.03.2026, PS BHD Nagar, Delhi.
