Green Goals
The café’s design is environmentally conscious, using no concrete whatsoever, which preserves the ecology of the Yamuna floodplains.

Temporary Structure
– Built exclusively from eco-friendly materials, the café is designed to be temporary, ensuring it can be dismantled during monsoons and reassembled once the waters recede.

Capacity and Location:
– It will accommodate 60-70 visitors and is strategically situated near reservoirs and Riverine Grasslands, providing a picturesque dining experience.

Seasonal Delight:
– With winter approaching, Asita Park will bloom with over two lakh seasonal flowers, including 6000 tulips, making it a floral haven.
Post-Initiatives Success:
– Following successful inaugurations of Café Stone at Mehrauli Archaeological Park and Café Bamboo Oasis at Bansera, this venture is another step to enhance public engagement in natural settings.
Floral Variety
– Besides tulips, visitors can admire Poppy, Calendula, Cosmos, Marigold, and more, transforming the park into a vibrant floral paradise.
Birdwatchers’ Paradise:
– The park doubles as a habitat for over 70 species of migratory and resident birds, making it a haven for birdwatching enthusiasts.

Community Engagement:
– Prominent events such as the “Ek Pedh Maa Ke Naam” campaign, led by Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar, underscore Asita’s role in community and environmental efforts.
As a burgeoning picnic spot and scenic retreat for locals and tourists alike, Asita continues to cement its status as a beacon of ecological and recreational harmony in the heart of Delhi.
